We at Passion Solutions Ltd. are accredited and approved installers from NICEIC and TRUSTMARK and were always committed to help out UK homeowners reducing household carbon emissions in the UK through to helping the UK government since ECO3 Grant and Energy companies meet its target of Net 0% carbon emission by the year 2050.

We also perform ECO4 Grant assessments and conduct Energy Efficient Assessments, EPC’s (Energy Performance Certificate) and Display Energy Certificate (DEC).

Our experienced and qualified assessors will visit your property to do a ECO4 survey / assessment and generate Energy Efficiency Report or EPC and will give you recommendations to bring your property to a decent energy efficiency performance band and standards.

We are experienced accredited installers in UK Govt Funding Grants since ECO3 which has run from (2018-2022) and installed and delivered energy efficiency measures specialist in Under-floor Insulation and Gas Fired Condensing Boiler Replacements along with the Heating and Hot Water Controls (TRV’s) in the eligible ECO3 homeowners.

Domestic Energy Assessor

A Domestic Energy Assessor (DEA) is an accredited position in the UK that is approved by the Ministry for Housing, Communities and Local Government (MHCLG). Under the UK’s Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations, an Energy Performance Certificate is required for the sale or rent of a domestic dwelling.

Retro Fit Assessor

Dwellings which require energy retrofit work will first need to be assessed by a Retrofit Assessor. These assessors play an important role in the PAS 2035 process as they collect and provide property data/information which Retrofit Coordinators can use to develop a relevant improvement plan.

We are specialized in identifying various energy-saving measures along with replacing Non-Condensing boiler into Condensing Boilers that can reduce home heating bills and optimize energy usage for homeowners nationwide. We do this as part of the government-initiated ECO4 Grant program, which aims to keep homes warm while reducing energy bills and carbon emissions funded by energy suppliers.

Now, with the ECO4 Government scheme, we are able to offer partially or fully-funded insulation measures, Condensing boiler replacement or even an entirely new First Time Central Heating System.
