- You are a Homeowner and must be living within the property.
- You or anyone in your family member living in the same property receive income-related benefits (as listed above)
- Over 60 home owner Single/Couple only living in the property with Low Income (LAFLEX).
- You have fitted Electric Storage Heaters with must fitted Gas Meter before 1st April 2022.
- Your property heated with a Non-Condensing boiler with Solid External Walls.
- Your property with EPC band E, F & G

Eligibility for rented houses with EPC Band E, F, & G
- You are a private tenant living within the property.
- You or anyone in your family member living in the same property receive income-related benefits (as listed above)
- You have fitted Electric Storage Heaters with must fitted Gas Meter before 1st April 2022.
- Your property with EPC band E, F & G
Non Condensing boilers can be replaced with condensing boilers only in owned house with owner living within the property and not in the rented houses.
Only FTCH(First Time Central Heating) can take place in rented properties if they have fitted storage heaters along with the Gas Meter.
